About Me
Kim is the real deal—transparent and fearless in addressing the issues that haunt you and keep you awake at night.
With 25 years of experience in the addiction field and a decade focused on trauma and PTSD, Kim creates a safe space for you and your peers to unburden yourselves, reminding you that you are not alone and no longer have to suffer.
Trauma and Addiction Therapist
Trained in EMDR, Kim employs this technique alongside other evidence-based therapies to challenge the negative core beliefs formed in childhood and reinforced by trauma and substance abuse.
She is dedicated to fostering a positive belief system through acceptance, self-care, and compassion for yourself and others.

Trauma-focused therapy for survivors of any traumatic events including childhood, sexual, domestic, trafficking, and narcissistic trauma.
Individuals will have the opportunity to process their trauma and examine how it has led to maladaptive coping skills and self-loathing.
The goal will be to break these patterns and beliefs while transitioning to self-care, self-forgiveness and self-love.
Men's Trauma Therapy
Offering individual or group therapy for persons who identify as male and who may rely on substances and/or addictive behavior to cope with their trauma.
Trauma events can include childhood abuse, sexual trauma, loss of job/status, divorce, religious trauma, or any event that you have found to be traumatic for you.
Individuals will be provided a safe space to process their trauma and may for the first time, share what happened to them.
First Responders / Military / Veterans
Recognizing the need for discretion and privacy in meeting the needs of these special individuals, specialized groups have been tailored for first responders and military personnel.
These groups will process the firsthand and secondary trauma they have experienced and explore healthier coping mechanisms beyond alcohol and substances while healing among their peers.
These individuals can also be seen individually as well as with their partners and/or family members.
This is an opportunity to address how the demands of these career paths can take a toll in general on mental health and family dynamics along with ways to improve and be proactive in managing stress and maintaining overall mental health.
Individual and Group Therapy
Offering individual trauma therapy for all individuals.
Offering group therapy for persons who may or may not struggle with substance abuse or addictive behavior.
The goal will be to identify how these events have contributed to addictive behavior and self-loathing.
Through learning new coping skills, ending isolation and asking for help, you will learn that you are no longer alone.
